All of our wood source comes from Wisconsin state certified forest lands that comply with FSC and SFI standards. Hand selected North-American Basswood that is great for its stability, unformed coloring, and its resistance to warping.
Material Quality
Upon receiving our lumber, it is sorted, planed, ripped and moulded into the various louver profiles, stiles, rails, tilt-rods and hanging strips needed. We mill all of our own components giving us complete quality control. We concentrate on manufacturing to your specifications.

LOUVER SIZES
The right choice of louver size is essential to creating the perfect look. We offer 3 main louver sizes depending on the shutter range chosen. When choosing your louver you’ll need to decide which size best suits your window while allowing the louvers to be opened without making contact with your window/furniture, with larger louver sizes requiring more room to open
Color Range
A full color palette, utilising some of the most popular and en-vogue colours in the market place. However, should you not find the color that you desire, then we also offer a custom colour match service, providing a perfect match to any interior.
